For rooms, a credit card is needed to hold your reservation. If you wish to pay with cash or a check upon your arrival please advise and we will not charge your credit card. However, if you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation date your card will be charged per our cancellation policy.

We understand life happens and often the best laid plans can go awry, however, we are a small family run business. When we have unexpected cancellations we do not have time to fill the rooms and the financial impact is greatly detrimental. With this understanding in mind we structured the following cancellation policy. The deposit is refundable only if changes in your reservation are made at least 14 days prior to your reservation dates. In the event a cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to your reservation dates, we can offer the deposit as payment towards a future stay with us.

We are pet friendly for friendly pets. We do request you keep your pets with you at all times and clean up after them. We encourage use of our special pooper scooper and disposal of "stinkies" into our flower beds. This discourages deer and feeds the plants!

If you have a special night planned and need a pet sitter we may be able to arrange for a pet sitter with proper notice. We charge an additional $25.00 per pet for the stay. If your dog wants their own “room” we have a large dog crate for their comfort for an additional $25.00 fee. Any damage caused by your pet will be automatically charged to your credit card and an itemized invoice will be sent to you.

If your pet is a disruption to our other guests other accommodations will be arranged at your expense. We always have a pile of pet treats on hand, additional leashes and pet bowls. Our dogs, Daisy & Idgie, love to play in the waterfall! Idgie has taught several of our fuzzy guests the art of swimming with tennis balls!
