Our Policies

Pets

We are pet friendly for friendly pets! We do request you keep your pets with you at all times and clean up after them when needed. We charge an additional $25.00 per pet for the stay. If your dog wants their own “room” we have a large dog crate for their comfort. Any damage caused by your pet will be automatically charged to your credit card and an itemized invoice will be sent to you. If your pet is a disruption to other guests' other accommodations will be arranged at your expense. There is always a pile of pet treats on hand, food bowls and extra leash or two.  When our doggies come for a visit and swim, our girl, Idgie, will happily teach her new furry friends the art of swimming and may (albeit reluctantly) share her fuzzy green spheres (tennis balls).  

Deposits

For rooms, a credit card is needed to hold your reservation. If you wish to pay with a check or cash upon your arrival, please advise and we will not charge your credit card. However, if you should cancel less than 14 days prior to your reservation date your card will be charged per our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens and often the best laid plans can go awry, however, this is a small family run business. In the event of last-minute cancelations, we do not have time to fill the rooms. The financial impact is greatly detrimental. With this understanding in mind, we structured the following cancellation policy. The deposit (50%) is refundable only if changes in your reservation are made at least 14 days prior to your reservation dates. If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to your reservation dates your deposit is forfeit.  If a deposit was not charged to your card, it will be charged upon the cancelation. However, 50% of your forfeited deposit can be used as a credit toward a future stay excluding long weekends, holidays, and weekends in the months of July, August, September and October.
